Profile-matched tooling
Roll tooling, guides and supports are engineered from the approved cross-section and material grade.
Our Xiamen production base's HLG-300 catalogue describes a 300 mm structural floor framing profile, not a general multi-size drywall keel line or a ribbed composite deck sheet line. Submit your floor member drawing, material and hole schedule so the offered tooling and trial can be checked before a technical proposal. For ribbed decking sheets and installed cover width, review the separate floor deck roll forming machine.

US$59,000–91,000 (standard) · US$104,000–169,000 (premium), FOB China
Standard covers the first two configuration levels (single-profile and multi-profile / quick-change); premium covers fully automatic lines.
Final price depends on profile, thickness, speed, punching and automation. Excludes freight, import duties and installation. Send your profile drawing for a quotation within 24 hours. North American configurations (480V/60Hz, UL and local requirements) are quoted separately.
Large complete lines (e.g. truck chassis beam lines or full cable tray lines) are quoted per project, typically above US$150,000.
Manufactured in our Xiamen factory · 35+ years of roll forming experience.
Send your profile drawing or a photo of the profile. We reply within 24 hours with a configuration and price.
The engineering starts from the part, material, tolerances, operations, production data and required output.
Roll tooling, guides and supports are engineered from the approved cross-section and material grade.
Punching, marking, cutting and discharge are arranged around the required production sequence.
Confirm the accepted input file, hole schedule, cut length and marking data in a trial. Do not assume that this fixed HLG-300 reference changes profile size automatically.
The agreed coil and sample profile are used for pre-shipment testing and measurement.
Our Xiamen production base describes HLG-300 as equipment for a structural floor framing profile. Its published numbers are a model reference, not a guarantee for a different drawing or quoted configuration.
Source and limit: HLG-300 product page, checked 28 September 2026. The catalogue describes 50 mm as a web height; its profile drawing shows this as the side-leg dimension. Confirm the approved section on a signed drawing. The published page does not prove that every size, steel grade or operation requested by a buyer is included in a quotation. Request current machine images and a trial using your material.
The proposal defines every station, interface, production assumption and acceptance checkpoint.
These are HLG-300 catalogue references, used with our Xiamen production base's commercial permission. They identify a published example; they do not replace the profile drawing, tooling schedule and factory acceptance plan for your order.

Published tooling list: end truss, 120 mm service hole, web notch with clip, fixing tabs, lip notch, 4.2 mm flange hole and 4.2 mm web hole. Verify each feature on a trial part and confirm which tools are included in the quotation. The published hole sizes alone do not establish fastener suitability. For the sample record, use the floor-framing service-hole and connection trial guide to identify the drawing revision, opening position, edge distances and mating parts; a tooling list alone does not prove an accepted connection.

Options are quoted only when they match the approved production workflow.
Manual, hydraulic or powered decoiler selected for the specified coil weight.
Servo or hydraulic punching and marking arranged to the approved hole schedule.
Specify the exact floor member drawing and ask which tooling changes the offered HLG-300 build supports.
Pre-cut, post-cut or flying cut selected for profile stability and cycle time.
Run-out table, stacker, bundling or robot transfer for the required output.
Destination voltage, component brand, guarding and documentation language.
The HLG-300 reference is for a structural floor member. For a different stud, track or joist family, compare a dedicated model against the same approved drawings.
No such capability is established by the published HLG-300 reference. It describes a structural floor profile; request a separate tooling review for any stud, track or alternate floor member.
Its published drawing shows a structural floor framing member with service and fixing features. A ribbed deck sheet requires its own drawing, effective-cover check and floor deck line review; the applications should not be combined in one unverified specification.
Send a dimensioned floor-member cross-section, connections, hole locations, finished lengths and critical tolerances.
No. Guaranteed output depends on steel grade, thickness, profile, punching frequency, cut length and handling method.
The proposal lists the line modules, layout, electrical standard, exclusions, test material, delivery scope and production assumptions.
We will confirm the suitable model, process route, line modules and the values that can be guaranteed for your material.
