Halcyon Machinery supplies cold-formed steel roll forming equipment for C/Z purlins, stud and track, roof cladding and related profiles. Send your approved section drawing, material and production requirements for a configuration review and quotation.
Send the section drawing, steel grade, thickness range, punching layout and target output. We use those requirements to discuss a proposed configuration and identify the supplier-specific documents and test evidence you should check before purchase.
Comparing fixed, manual and automatic C/Z equipment? Start with the purlin roll forming machine selection guide → If your approved schedule contains only C sections, compare a dedicated C purlin machine against those drawings. Review the automatic C/Z configuration when C-to-Z changeovers are part of your production plan; confirm both shapes with trial parts.
Producing metal framing for drywall partitions? Compare the stud and track roll forming machine against both your C-stud and U-track drawings, punching layout and required output before choosing a line.
Planning concealed-fix metal roofing? Compare the standing seam roofing machine with your approved seam and clip drawings, and decide whether production belongs in a factory or at the job site.
Producing exposed-fastener roof sheets or wall cladding? Compare the roof and wall equipment families, then check the roof sheet roll forming line against your actual rib drawing, effective cover width, side lap and coated-coil specification. Ask for adjacent trial sheets; a machine photo alone cannot establish the finished joint or its weather performance.
Producing structural floor decking instead of roofing? Start with the structural equipment family and the floor deck line. Confirm the deck section, embossing or punching layout and trial-piece dimensions against the approved drawing. Load capacity remains a separate project engineering check.
Send a dimensioned section drawing and material details. We review the requirements directly with the factory team so the proposed forming, punching and cutting configuration can be checked before quotation.
From the factory buildings to machining, frame fabrication, station assembly and the final test run, buyers can review the manufacturing steps behind the proposed equipment.

Request a configuration tied to your approved drawing. Check steel grade and thickness, hole position, changeover steps, control and cutting arrangement, sample acceptance criteria, and the exact scope of installation and support. Certificates and performance claims must be checked against the actual machine model and the entity that issued them.
Check the machine model, included equipment, agreed acceptance trial and available records before purchase. Company history and certificates must identify the entity they actually belong to.
We start with the part the buyer needs to make, document the proposed configuration, and work directly with the factory production team to obtain evidence that matches the order.
