Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine
Compare tray, ladder and cover drawings; confirm each forming and punching tool set for the proposed line.
Gutter, downpipe, cable tray, shutter, frame, curving, laminating and embossing equipment.
A gutter, downpipe elbow, perforated cable tray, shutter slat and laminated sheet have different finished parts and processing steps. Do not treat this category as one interchangeable machine range. Start with the dimensioned part drawing and identify the forming, punching, bending, surface and handling operations that must be included in the proposed configuration.
| Production request | Separate the required process | Sample evidence to ask for |
|---|---|---|
| Gutter or straight downpipe | Provide the cross-section, coil material, joint or seam detail and cut lengths. Do not assume the same tooling makes both products. | Measure each proposed finished section and check joint fit against its drawing. |
| Downpipe elbow | An elbow is a formed/bent fitting. State the matching straight pipe section, required angle, orientation and joining method. | Trial-fit the elbow to the specified pipe and record the bend geometry. |
| Cable tray or ladder | Identify tray versus ladder design, side-wall geometry, hole and slot pattern, cover and connector requirements. | Check hole locations, formed dimensions and joint fit on identified samples. |
| Shutter slat or guide | Slat and guide profiles are separate tooling questions; include the intended interlock and door assembly details. | Check mating slats or guides on an assembly sample, not only a single cut profile. |
| Protective film or embossed sheet | State base sheet, coating, film or pattern, surface finish and whether laminating or embossing is required. | Inspect surface condition and adhesion/pattern against the agreed sample and separate test method. |
For a comparable proposal: send the profile drawing, steel grade, thickness range, coil data, punching layout if applicable, finished lengths, surface requirement and target output. Halcyon reviews it with our factory team; our written proposal and trial evidence define the offered equipment. Send your drawings for review.

Custom line
Match each requested bend or offset to the straight pipe and agreed fitting drawing.
Custom line
Check frame and sash drawings, glazing details, drainage and hardware before selecting tooling and punching modules.
Custom line
Check jamb and head sections, hinge and lock preparation, and corner-joint operations against the proposed line.
Material strength, thickness, profile geometry, punching frequency and output target determine the final line configuration.
