HLG-2025 is a model family with separately documented fixed-profile variants for wall, floor and roof members. The final tooling, layout and guaranteed output are confirmed after we review your profile drawing and production target. For a broader buying framework, see the CFS framing-line selection guide.

Choose HLG-2025 when the approved member size is stable
The factory technical standards list separate HLG-2025S-89, S-140, T-89/91 and Pro-89 references. Compare the exact approved section and material before selecting a variant; a catalogue family name does not make one roll set cover every size.
01
One member schedule first
Bring the wall, floor or roof member list and mark which finished section each part uses. Identify any size outside the quoted variant before choosing the line. For floor joists or roof-truss members, also check the member and joint trial requirements; an HLG-2025 family name alone does not confirm those profiles or connections.
02
Check the production-file route
Test a real project file through the proposed software workflow. Compare imported member IDs, hole positions and lengths with the approved schedule.
03
Separate speed from output
The published high-speed figure is a forming reference. Time a representative mix including punches, marks, cuts and part handling to establish usable shift output.
04
Know when to compare HSK
If the order frequently changes web widths, compare the documented HSK-2000 width bands and trial the changeover rather than assuming a fixed-profile HLG-2025 variant covers the mix.

Quotation scope
Specify the HLG-2025 variant and its file-to-part trial
Download the blank HLG-2025 variant and file-to-part checklist (Excel). Record the exact offered variant, approved member schedule, software and input-file versions, imported IDs and hole positions, and identified trial samples. Complete the record cells with the buyer and supplier; the worksheet contains no prefilled performance or acceptance results.
The factory's HLG-2025S/T/Pro technical standards are reference documents. The written offer should name the exact variant, drawing revision and included tooling.
CSV input reference: our Xiamen production base's official HLG-2025 product page, checked 4 October 2026, lists CSV as the machine input-file format. This is a production-base family reference, not confirmation of a file schema or compatibility for every S, T or Pro variant. Request the accepted CSV columns, units, member-ID rules and software version for the offered line. Run a revision-controlled project file and compare the resulting lengths, hole locations and numbered members with the approved schedule. CSV input alone does not establish direct DXF, IFC or other design-software compatibility.
Approved section
State web, flange, lip, steel grade, coating and thickness for the chosen variant; list any alternate section separately.
Production data
Agree the accepted input format and record the file used for the acceptance run, including member IDs and revision.
Hole and mark package
List required service holes, notches, dimples, connection details and identification marks; verify them on samples.
Cut and handling route
Check finished length, first-off and repeat pieces, run-out support, sorting and any optional transfer equipment.
Electrical and safety scope
Confirm destination supply, controls, guarding and required compliance in the quotation rather than copying a catalogue configuration.
Measured acceptance
Agree trial coil, number of samples, dimensional checks, rejected pieces and the timed production mix before the factory run.
Applications and related models
Choose the model after the profile review
Wall, floor and roof framing components produced from building-model data.
Can HLG-2025S-89 form the 140 mm section without another tool set?
Do not assume so. The supplied standards list S-89 and S-140 as separate fixed-profile variants. Ask the factory team to name the actual roll and cutter sets for every required drawing.
Will the design file produce the right numbered members?
Test the proposed import with a real revision-controlled member schedule. Check the resulting IDs, hole locations, cut lengths and first-off pieces against that schedule.
Does the published 48 m/min figure equal shift output?
No. It is a high-speed reference from the technical standards. Punching, marking, cut length and handling affect completed members per shift; agree a timed trial on your part mix.
