Can one machine make roof sheets and floor deck?
Usually not. Deck ribs are deeper and the material is thicker, so the rolls, stations and drive are sized differently. Send both drawings and we confirm whether separate lines are needed.
Can one floor deck machine make open-rib and re-entrant deck?
Not with one set of rolls. Re-entrant deck needs its own tooling. A multi-profile line with exchangeable tooling is an option to quote when you supply both.
