Non-Composite Floor Deck Roll Forming Machine

Form deck beneath a concrete slab or an engineer-designed floor without a slab: specify which non-composite system your project requires.

Price range: floor deck roll forming machines

US$49,000–72,000 (standard) · US$78,000–130,000 (premium), FOB China

Standard covers the first two configuration levels (single-profile and multi-profile / quick-change); premium covers fully automatic lines.

Final price depends on profile, thickness, speed, punching and automation. Excludes freight, import duties and installation. Send your profile drawing for a quotation within 24 hours. North American configurations (480V/60Hz, UL and local requirements) are quoted separately.

Large complete lines (e.g. truck chassis beam lines or full cable tray lines) are quoted per project, typically above US$150,000.

Manufactured in our Xiamen factory · 35+ years of roll forming experience.

What distinguishes a non-composite deck specification?

Direct answer: Non-composite does not mean concrete-free. The steel sheet may serve as permanent formwork beneath a structural concrete slab without an assumed composite steel–concrete action, or as a primary load-carrying deck in a separately engineered floor without a structural slab. A dry floor is only one possible application. Confirm which floor system the approved drawings specify. The project engineer determines the deck and floor-system capacity; the equipment supplier must match the approved rib section, effective cover width, steel grade, thickness range and cut length. A machine name or trial sheet alone does not establish structural suitability.

  • Drawing inputrib geometry, side lap, effective cover, tolerances and cut lengths
  • Material inputgrade, coating, thickness range and coil width
  • Process inputembossing or punching only if specified; target output and handling method
  • Trial evidencefirst-off and repeat profiles, overlap fit, surface condition and cut squareness

Can composite and non-composite deck share a line?

Only if the proposed frame, roll sets, material envelope and changeover have been reviewed for both approved drawings. Do not infer shared tooling or structural equivalence. See the floor deck overview and the trial-sample acceptance guide.

Send us your requirement

Send the engineer-approved deck drawing, material specification, cut lengths, target output and power supply. We will review the proposed forming scope with our factory team before preparing a quotation.

Separate sheet geometry from floor-system design

The structural engineer must approve the deck section and material for the intended floor system. The equipment review then checks whether the proposed rolls, cutting and handling can produce that approved geometry from the specified coil. Retain identified first-off and repeat sheets; measure rib shape, side lap, effective cover and cut length, and record surface condition.

Does a formed deck sample establish load capacity?

No. A machine trial validates the sampled sheet against the drawing. Span, load, fixing and floor-system capacity need the project engineer-approved design and any relevant product tests.

Can a composite deck line produce this section?

Only if our written proposal documents the exact second drawing, tool set, material envelope and changeover. Similar ribs do not prove common tooling.

Which buyer inputs are needed?

Send approved rib and lap drawings, steel grade, coating, thickness range, coil width, cut lengths, any embossing or punching layout and target output.
