Direct answer
There is no single price for a corrugated roof sheet making machine. The quote is set by five things: the corrugated profile you need (wave pitch, depth and cover width), the coil thickness and coating, the line level (single profile, double layer, or automatic stacking), the cutting and sheet-length range, and the supply scope and delivery terms (FOB or CIF). We do not publish price lists because each market and configuration differs; send your profile drawing and we reply with a written quotation within 24 hours.
Price range: corrugated sheet machines
US$20,000–29,000 (standard) · US$31,000–49,000 (premium), FOB China
Standard covers the first two configuration levels (single-profile and multi-profile / quick-change); premium covers fully automatic lines.
Final price depends on profile, thickness, speed, punching and automation. Excludes freight, import duties and installation. Send your profile drawing for a quotation within 24 hours. North American configurations (480V/60Hz, UL and local requirements) are quoted separately.
Large complete lines (e.g. truck chassis beam lines or full cable tray lines) are quoted per project, typically above US$150,000.
Manufactured in our Xiamen factory · 35+ years of roll forming experience.

Two configuration levels
Most corrugated roofing machine quotes fall into one of two levels. The price rises from the first to the third as tooling, servo control and automation are added.
| Configuration level | What changes | Usually chosen for |
|---|---|---|
| Single-profile line | One corrugated profile, cut after forming, manual sheet collection | A first roofing-sheet business or one standard local profile |
| Double-layer line | Corrugated and a second profile (often trapezoidal) on one machine, one profile running at a time | Sellers who need two common roof profiles with one decoiler and one control panel |
| Automatic line with stacking | Automatic cut-to-length, run-out and stacking for longer runs | Distributors and contractors producing continuously |
See the double-layer roll forming machine if you sell two roof profiles, and the corrugated sheet roll forming machine page for the profile and trial checks.
Seven factors that change a corrugated roofing machine quote
| Price factor | Why it changes the quote | What to send us |
|---|---|---|
| Profile tooling | Each wave pitch, depth and edge needs its own roll set; extra profiles mean extra tooling | Dimensioned drawing of every profile, with cover width |
| Thickness and coating | Thicker or harder coil needs a heavier frame, shafts and drive; coated or painted coil needs surface care | Steel grade, coating, thickness range and whether it is BMT or TCT |
| Single or double layer | A second layer adds a full set of rolls and stands on the same frame | Which two profiles you sell most |
| Cutting and sheet length | Post-cut versus flying cut, and the longest sheet, change the cutter and run-out tables | Sheet-length schedule and the longest sheet |
| Automation and stacking | Servo control, automatic length setting and a stacker add cost and save labour | Target output per shift and crew size |
| Control and component brands | PLC, inverter, servo and hydraulic brands differ in price and local service | Preferred brands and your local voltage and frequency |
| Scope and delivery terms | Decoiler type, spare rolls and blades, installation, packing and FOB or CIF all change the total | Destination port and the services you need |

Why two quotes for “the same” machine are different
When two offers for a corrugated roofing machine are far apart, the gap is usually in what is included, not in the forming section. Check each quote for:
- Manual or hydraulic decoiler, and its coil weight limit
- Number of forming stations and roll material for your thickness
- Cutter type, spare blades and the run-out table length
- Automatic stacker included or not
- Trial with your coil and measured sample sheets
- Packing, container loading, freight (FOB or CIF) and installation or video commissioning

Corrugated or trapezoidal tooling?
The two profiles need different roll sets, and a trapezoidal profile is usually chosen for longer spans and faster laying, corrugated for traditional roofs and curved work. Read corrugated vs trapezoidal roof sheet machine tooling before deciding whether one or two profiles belong in the quotation.

Questions buyers ask
How much does a corrugated roof sheet making machine cost?
We quote by configuration, not from a price list. A single-profile line with manual collection is the entry level; a double-layer line or an automatic line with stacking costs more because of extra tooling and automation. Send your drawing and we reply with a written quotation within 24 hours.
Is a double-layer machine better value than two machines?
It shares one decoiler, frame and control panel and needs less floor space, but only one profile runs at a time. If both profiles must run at the same time, compare two separate lines.
Does sheet thickness change the price?
Yes. A wider or thicker thickness range needs a stronger frame, larger shafts and more drive power. State whether your thickness is base metal (BMT) or total coated (TCT).
Are shipping and installation included in the price?
The quotation states the delivery basis (FOB or CIF) and lists installation, training and spare parts as separate lines, so you can compare offers on the same basis.
What should I send to get a quotation?
The profile drawing with wave pitch, depth and cover width; steel grade, coating and thickness range; sheet lengths; target output; voltage and destination port.
What to send for a quotation
Send a dimensioned corrugated profile drawing (or a photo of a sample sheet with measurements), steel grade and coating, thickness range, coil width, sheet-length schedule, target output, voltage and destination port. See reference projects from our Xiamen production base.
