HC-300N: C-only in the model listing
Use C drawings to confirm the offered size, steel grade, thickness, punching layout and cutting method. Do not infer Z capability.
The N name covered separate C-only, Z-only and C/Z variants in the model listing. This page focuses on HCZ-300N C/Z selection; confirm the current offered build.

US$39,000–62,000 (standard) · US$72,000–143,000 (premium), FOB China
Standard covers the first two configuration levels (single-profile and multi-profile / quick-change); premium covers fully automatic lines.
Final price depends on profile, thickness, speed, punching and automation. Excludes freight, import duties and installation. Send your profile drawing for a quotation within 24 hours. North American configurations (480V/60Hz, UL and local requirements) are quoted separately.
Large complete lines (e.g. truck chassis beam lines or full cable tray lines) are quoted per project, typically above US$150,000.
Manufactured in our Xiamen factory · 35+ years of roll forming experience.
Send your profile drawing or a photo of the profile. We reply within 24 hours with a configuration and price.
Source: the published model listing shows HC-300N as C-only, HZ-350N as Z-only and HCZ-300N as C/Z. This is model evidence, not a claim that every variant is currently offered or that one size, speed or tool set applies to all. Confirm the exact current quotation and a witnessed sample trial.
Start with the actual profile drawing and model code. A family label alone does not prove C-to-Z capability.
Use C drawings to confirm the offered size, steel grade, thickness, punching layout and cutting method. Do not infer Z capability.
Check Z flange, lip and web dimensions against the current tooling offer; do not infer C capability.
For mixed orders, request both C-to-Z and Z-to-C trials on the quoted line, including first accepted pieces and setup scrap.
The HCZ-300N variant was listed as C/Z; HC-300N and HZ-350N were single-section variants. For mixed short runs, the useful question is not whether a controller stores dimensions, but which adjustments the quoted machine makes and which still need an operator.
Give the factory two approved C drawings and two approved Z drawings with material and hole layouts. Ask for a written sequence covering roll and guide positions, punches, cut-off, strip entry and the first-piece check for each switch.
Record a C-to-Z and a Z-to-C change on the proposed configuration. Time from the last accepted old-profile part to the first accepted new-profile part, including manual work and setup scrap; do not treat controller movement alone as total changeover.
Return to an earlier approved drawing after another size is run. Measure repeat samples for section geometry, hole positions and cut length. Agree the sampling method before comparing a recipe-based offer with another line.
Decision boundary: Recipe storage is a configuration question, not a universal performance claim. For N, S, F, L and M family scope, use the C/Z family selection guide; the signed factory proposal and witnessed trial govern acceptance.
We will compare the five series with the current factory build, then confirm tooling, size-change method, line modules, output assumptions and acceptance criteria.
