HC-300L: C sections in the model listing
Send the C web, flange and lip dimensions, steel grade, thickness range, punching layout and target output. Verify the current size adjustment and cut-off arrangement.
The L Series includes HC-300L for C sections and HCZ-300L for C/Z. This page focuses on HC-300L selection; ask for the current offered build and sample evidence.

US$39,000–62,000 (standard) · US$72,000–143,000 (premium), FOB China
Standard covers the first two configuration levels (single-profile and multi-profile / quick-change); premium covers fully automatic lines.
Final price depends on profile, thickness, speed, punching and automation. Excludes freight, import duties and installation. Send your profile drawing for a quotation within 24 hours. North American configurations (480V/60Hz, UL and local requirements) are quoted separately.
Large complete lines (e.g. truck chassis beam lines or full cable tray lines) are quoted per project, typically above US$150,000.
Manufactured in our Xiamen factory · 35+ years of roll forming experience.
Send your profile drawing or a photo of the profile. We reply within 24 hours with a configuration and price.
Source: the published model listing shows HC-300L for C and HCZ-300L for C/Z. It does not establish that either variant or a particular size, speed or hat-profile tool is available today. Confirm the exact current quotation.
Choose by the drawings you need to produce, not by a shared series letter.
Send the C web, flange and lip dimensions, steel grade, thickness range, punching layout and target output. Verify the current size adjustment and cut-off arrangement.
If Z purlins are required, request a quotation explicitly naming HCZ-300L or another verified C/Z build; do not infer Z capability from HC-300L.
Obtain the offered machine photo, tooling list and trial plan. Catalogue figures and an illustrative platform image are not acceptance evidence.
Ask which C drawings and coil materials the offered line will make. If your order includes Z or hat profiles, request a separately named and evidenced configuration.
Supply revised drawings, steel grade, coating, thickness range and coil width; have the factory mark which sections are included.
Specify hole layout, finished lengths and accepted target output for each section. Do not transfer results from a different L variant.
Test the smallest and largest approved sizes, record manual settings and setup scrap, and retain identified first-off and repeat samples.
Decision boundary: The model-family guide distinguishes LS C-only from LN C/Z. The signed factory specification and trial determine the machine supplied.
We will compare the five series with the current factory build, then confirm tooling, size-change method, line modules, output assumptions and acceptance criteria.
