HC-300F · C

F is a family name, not proof that every machine forms C and Z. Historical HC-300F is C-only, while HCZ-300F is C/Z; confirm the exact current machine offered.
Need to compare C/Z purlin machines across model families? Start with the automatic C/Z purlin machine selection page. This page is specifically for the F-series FC/FX variants.

US$39,000–62,000 (standard) · US$72,000–143,000 (premium), FOB China
Standard covers the first two configuration levels (single-profile and multi-profile / quick-change); premium covers fully automatic lines.
Final price depends on profile, thickness, speed, punching and automation. Excludes freight, import duties and installation. Send your profile drawing for a quotation within 24 hours. North American configurations (480V/60Hz, UL and local requirements) are quoted separately.
Large complete lines (e.g. truck chassis beam lines or full cable tray lines) are quoted per project, typically above US$150,000.
Manufactured in our Xiamen factory · 35+ years of roll forming experience.
Send your profile drawing or a photo of the profile. We reply within 24 hours with a configuration and price.
The published model listing distinguishes HC-300F for C sections and HCZ-300F for C/Z. A current HCZ-450F product page describes that specific C/Z model. Neither source proves that all F-series builds share one range, speed or feature set. Request the current signed specification and sample trial.
Start with the shapes required by your order: C drawings for a C-only proposal, or separate C and Z drawings for a C/Z proposal. Ask which exact offered variant, tooling, punches and cutter covers those profiles; confirm material and target output in the current quotation.

variant. Require a current quotation and separate C and Z trial samples.
A separately documented current example; its specifications must not be transferred to another F-series machine.
For a C-only FC proposal, submit the approved C drawing and verify that section. For an FX proposal that includes C and Z, submit both drawings and require identified trial parts for each shape. Confirm the exact offered variant, material, tooling, punching layout and target output before acceptance.
Mark every web, flange, lip and return dimension on the approved drawings; record excluded profiles in the quotation.
Specify steel grade, coating, thickness range, coil width, punching layout and cut lengths for the exact offered model.
For each profile included in the quotation, witness samples at the limiting approved dimensions and compare measured results with the signed drawing and agreed production cycle.
Published speed figures need a trial definition: Our Xiamen production base's HCZ-450F reference lists 35 m/min in its quick details, 0–30 m/min for forming, and 12–18 m/min for working speed. Those figures may describe different conditions; the public page does not reconcile them. Do not transfer any of them to an HC-300F, HCZ-300F or unselected quotation. Ask the factory to define the quoted output with your steel grade, thickness, C and Z drawings, punching pattern and cut lengths, then witness a timed trial that includes the required punching and cutting sequence.
The HCZ-450F reference states that the machine stops during punching and cutting. Include those stops in the timed trial for the quoted configuration when comparing accepted output.
Decision boundary: Model names and a current vendor example are screening information. The signed specification and measured trial define the machine supplied. Compare model families.
Download the blank F-series current-build quotation and trial checklist (CSV). Record the exact FC or FX offer, manual and controller-operated adjustments, our Xiamen production base's speed definition, and identified C/Z sample results only where those shapes are quoted. The sheet contains no completed measurements or acceptance claim.
The HCZ-450F source describes automatic size adjustment, a separate multi-step C/Z interchange and manual adjustment of the vertical punching position. These are source-specific descriptions, not common features or witnessed results for every FC/FX build.
Ask our factory team to list the actual steps for the quoted configuration: which adjustments use the controller, which require an operator, whether punch or cut tooling changes, and how the first finished part is checked. For a C/Z order, record C-to-Z and Z-to-C trials separately; for a C-only order, define the required C-size changes. Do not infer an automatic shape-change function from a recipe or size-setting screen.
Use the C/Z changeover trial record only for the shapes included in the offer, and the quotation checklist to name included operations and exclusions. Agreement on a trial sequence is not a completed acceptance result.
We will compare the five series with the current factory build, then confirm tooling, size-change method, line modules, output assumptions and acceptance criteria.
