Usable cover width
Record overall width and effective installed width separately. The latter depends on the actual joint overlap and assembly method.
A truck-body panel line should be specified from the finished panel and its joint, not by equipment appearance. Our Xiamen production base lists a roll forming machine for truck bodies, container panels and dust-collector box panels; the precise profile and production scope require an order-specific review.
Send the panel cross-section, steel grade, thickness range, usable cover width, edge connection, finished length and target output. Identify whether the panel will form a side wall, container skin or another enclosure; these are different assembly requirements. Do not infer floor or roof capability without the corresponding drawings and a demonstrated sample.

Illustrative rendering only. It is not a factory photograph or proof of the equipment, output or panel profile offered.
The first-off panels must fit the intended body or container connection.

Provide both mating edges on the drawing. Assemble two sample panels and check fit, engagement and alignment.
Identify coating and visible-face requirements. Inspect handling marks after forming, cutting and run-out.
State the longest panel and site handling method so run-out, support and cut-off are sized for the order.
Our Xiamen production base's public presentation describes a product family. Published promotional figures do not verify every combination of steel grade, width, profile and output for a specific quotation.
Source and limit: our Xiamen production base's truck and container panel equipment presentation, checked 26 September 2026, shows the category and reference machine/sample imagery. It does not replace the signed specification or witnessed test for the offered build. Reviewed by Halcyon Machinery on 26 September 2026.
A single attractive sheet does not demonstrate the cover width or edge connection buyers need.
This equipment topic is distinct from a building floor-deck or roof-sheet profile. Compare those machines only when the end-use drawing actually calls for them.
This page covers formed body and enclosure panels, not truck chassis rails. A chassis rail needs its own approved section, steel specification, hole layout and acceptance trial. Do not assume the pictured panel equipment can form it; ask us to verify a separate machine and tooling scope against your chassis drawing.
No. The public product category alone does not establish those profiles. Send each drawing, material and assembly requirement for a separate tooling review.
Overall width is the measured sheet edge-to-edge size. Usable width is the coverage after panels are joined at the agreed overlap or connection; verify it with assembled trial panels.
No. Request an agreed test using the actual steel, profile, length, joint and handling route, then record good parts and trial duration.
Halcyon will review the panel with our factory team and return a written configuration and trial scope for the actual end use.
